Colwood received $20,000 from Measuring Up to improve accessibility and inclusion for people with disabilities.
The South Sooke literacy task group is working with Literacy Now Communities to improve literacy in the area.
The Westshore literacy task group received $40,000 from Literacy Now Communities to improve literacy in the area.
More than 5,000 students in 21 schools in the Sooke School District participated in Action Schools! BC to improve physical activity and healthy eating.
