Chetwynd, Dawson Creek, Pouce Coupe, Tumbler Ridge Celebrate Spirit of BC Week 2007

Chetwynd, Dawson Creek, Pouce Coupe, and Tumbler Ridge teamed up to celebrate Spirit of BC Week. The Chetwynd Bluegrass Committee and Kiwanis Arts Centre co-hosted a Bluegrass Concert to kick off the Week with an evening of performances by local and regional Bluegrass musicians. More than 83 communities celebrated Spirit of BC Week 2007.

Spirit of BC Week is an annual province-wide celebration of British Columbia and its unique communities. Held each February, it is a week of over 300 events and activities showcasing local programs and services that strengthen community arts, literacy, sport, recreation and volunteerism.
